Helvellyn Walker Above Teal Tarn

The sheer scale of the high fells is captured in this striking impression of Helvellyn. Standing on the precipice after a demanding ascent, the landscape opens up into a vast, mist-filled arena.

A lone walker, silhouetted in deep charcoal with a heavy rucksack, pauses on a rugged crag. Beneath them lies a mountain tarn of vivid, opaque teal. The surrounding rock is brought to life with dramatic sweeps of warm ochre and metallic gold, cutting through the atmospheric slate-grey mist to suggest a sudden, brilliant break in the cloud cover.

An inspiring statement piece for any dedicated fell-walker, this artwork brings the majesty of the peaks into a study, hallway or living room. Available as a museum-standard print, gallery-wrapped canvas, or framed in black, white or natural wood, choose from 40cm, 70cm or 90cm square sizes to suit your space.
