This calendar offers twelve painted views of the Lake District, turning from the steep slopes of Eagle Crag to the sweeping light of Low Fell. Every month brings the character of the high ground right into the house.

These are bold paintings defined by sharp light and saturated colour. February captures the harsh, snow-dusted ridges of Birkhouse Moor, while June reflects the dark bulk of Crag Fell into the still water below. In September, the sharp profile of Carl Side casts a heavy shadow against a bright sky.
