The paintings bring the weather and light of the valley indoors, replacing standard tourist photography with rich, detailed landscape art. January shows steep, snow-covered crags dropping into winter waters, while May brings bright spring greens and early sunlight to the slopes. By October, the shoreline is caught in the deep gold and russet of autumn bracken.
