Set in a high mountain pass, Blea Tarn offers a definitive Lakeland view. Walkers trace the shoreline to take in its natural composition: dark foreground rocks beside the still water, a steep fellside rising to the right, and craggy summits commanding the valley head.

This design reimagines the wild scene through the strict lens of Bauhaus geometry. Placed on a visible drafting grid, the mountain peaks become interlocking triangles of blue and black, while the fellside drops as a bold yellow diagonal. From across a room, the landscape reduces to absolute primary shapes, reading as a striking modernist statement.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
