Blea Tarn offers one of the most rewarding viewpoints in the Lake District. Standing at the water's edge among the foreground rocks, walkers look across the tarn to the craggy summits at the valley head, flanked by a steep green fellside to the right.

This framed print reimagines the landscape through the strict grid and primary geometry of the Bauhaus movement. From across a room, the view resolves into bold, flat shapes: the fells as interlocking triangles of blue and black, the fellside as diagonal green blocks, and the rocks as precise semi-circles and sharp angles. A vivid red circle anchors the crisp sky.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
