Catbells is a beloved fell offering a dramatic ridge walk up to a distinctive domed summit. From the path, steep bracken slopes fall away on the left, balanced by patchwork fields in the valley far below on the right.

This design reimagines the landscape through a stark Constructivist lens, treating the poster as a piece of visual agitation. The zigzag summit path cuts sharply between hard diagonals of bold red, jet black, and pale cream. Across a room, it reads as a striking geometric statement, anchored by classic railway-style typography.

An arresting piece for a modern study or stairwell, this framed print arrives ready to hang. A black frame is the natural choice, locking those heavy dark shapes into place to maximise graphic punch. Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
