Golden Evening Light Over Fells

The immense, shifting drama of a Cumbrian sky dominates this sweeping pastoral scene, where late evening sun breaks through heavy cloud to bathe the landscape in warmth.

Luminous swathes of sky blue and soft dove grey fill the upper canvas, edged with brilliant flashes of creamy white. Below, the distant fells recede in hazy tones of sage green and muted purple, standing in sharp contrast to the vibrant, sun-drenched ochre of the foreground pastures and the shadowed greens of a sheltering copse.

An uplifting addition to a living room, study or holiday let, this artwork brings an enduring sense of open space to your interior. Choose from a museum-quality Print, Framed Print, Canvas, or Framed Canvas to suit your decor, available in 40cm, 70cm, and statement 90cm square sizes.
