Blea Tarn sits high at the valley head, perfectly positioned to reflect the craggy summits beyond. Walkers gather at the rocky shoreline to take in the view, where steep, colourful fellsides sweep dramatically down to the water's edge.

This vivid poster reduces the landscape into bold, geometric planes of colour. Deep azure waters cast sharp reflections, contrasting with vibrant greens, ochres, and russets across the slopes. From across a room, it delivers the graphic punch of mid-century railway advertising, drawing the eye straight to the jagged peaks.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bright artwork commands attention above a sitting room sofa or along a hallway. A black solid wood frame anchors the deep shadows, while natural wood softens the vibrant palette. Part of a wider vivid series, it works beautifully collected as a set of three.

Sizes

30 × 40 cm — 12 × 16 in

45 × 60 cm — 18 × 24 in

50 × 70 cm — 20 × 28 in

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural wood.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.
