Rising as a massive pyramid peak of grey crags, Great Gable is a definitive challenge for any walker. Wide fans of scree cascade down steep slopes, meeting thin winding paths at the valley head below. It is a legendary fell bagged with absolute pride.

This vivid design reimagines the landscape through the bold lens of mid-century railway posters. From across a room, the mountain reads as striking, faceted shapes in rich ochre, emerald, and deep terracotta against bright blue water. Sweeping graphic lines draw the eye upward, anchored by classic, crisp typography at the foot of the print.

Perfect for a hallway or study, this piece arrives fully framed and ready to hang. A solid black frame sharply defines the graphic mountain forms, while a natural wood moulding complements the vibrant palette beautifully. Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
