The ridge walk up Catbells is a defining Lakeland experience. Looking along the path to the distinctively domed summit, walkers navigate steep bracken slopes falling away on the left, while patchwork fields map the valley floor far below on the right.

This design reimagines the familiar ascent using meticulous ink hatching and impossible geometry. From across a room, the monochrome palette forms a striking, bold silhouette. Up close, a surreal landscape emerges: the rocky path shifts into architectural illusions, and a mesmerising tessellation of birds and fish rises from the water below.

A captivating addition to a stairwell or study, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
