Looking along the iconic ridge path to the domed summit of Catbells, the terrain is unmistakable. Steep bracken slopes fall away sharply on the left, contrasting with the patchwork fields of the valley far below on the right.

This design reimagines the landscape through impossible geometry and precise ink hatching. From across a room, the monochromatic linework resolves into a mind-bending perspective where the craggy path fractures into sheer, interlocking blocks. Below, the water undergoes a seamless tessellation, morphing into a mesmerising pattern of swimming fish.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bold piece anchors a study or stairwell. The monochrome drawing pairs perfectly with a Black frame to highlight the sharp geometric shapes, or a White frame to complement the crisp paper. Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
