A favourite among fell-baggers, Catbells offers one of the most recognisable ridges in the Lake District. The view draws the eye straight along the winding path towards the iconic domed summit. Bracken-covered slopes fall away steeply to the left, while patchwork fields stretch out far below on the right. It is a classic ascent, known by heart.

This minimalist poster strips the landscape back to its absolute essence. Rendered in one unbroken line, the topography is reduced to a fluid contour tracing the steep drops and undulating path. A solitary, muted green circle sits behind the peak, providing a single block of colour. From across a room, this contrast between crisp ink and negative space creates a striking, modern silhouette above bold, traditional typography.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
