Rising as a massive pyramid peak of grey crags, Great Gable is a definitive challenge for fell-baggers. Wide fans of scree cascade down steep slopes to the valley floor, where thin, winding paths finally meet at the valley head. To stand upon this formidable mountain is to know the raw, dramatic heart of the landscape.

This minimalist design captures the imposing summit using a single, unbroken stroke. Tracing sharp ridges and valley trees, one continuous line weaves the entire scene together above crisp typography. It is anchored by a solitary block of muted green forming a perfect circle behind the peak, reducing the mountain’s heavy mass into a striking, modern silhouette from across the room.

Brilliant for a quiet study or bright stairwell, the poster arrives framed and ready to hang. A sharp black frame perfectly echoes the continuous ink line, while natural wood brings warmth. Part of a wider line-art series, it looks fantastic collected and hung as a set of three.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
