Easedale Tarn in Bold Terracotta

Sweeping curves and striking colour blocks reimagine a classic Lake District view. This graphic interpretation of Easedale Tarn swaps traditional realism for a bold, contemporary statement, using sweeping geometry to carve out the familiar hollows of the fells.

The composition centres on a deep slate-teal tarn, cradled tightly by abstracted, layered banks. Vibrant terracotta and earthy olive greens anchor the foreground, contrasting sharply with the mustard and sand tones of the midground fells. Above, pale cream mountain ridges roll softly beneath a minimalist ice-blue sky, building a profound sense of depth through flat, interlocking planes of colour.

A brilliant focal point for a modern living room or a stylish holiday let, this piece brings a splash of contemporary Lake District character to any bare wall. Available as a gallery-standard giclée print, framed print, or stretched canvas, you can choose from 40cm, 70cm, or 90cm square sizes to suit your space perfectly.
