Tarn Hows Curving Boardwalk

The sweeping curve of the timber path draws the eye directly into the atmospheric heart of this beloved landscape. Rich, contrasting tones transform a familiar stroll into a striking display of texture and light, capturing the profound mood of the northern waters.

Deep indigo and violet hues pool in the calm reaches of Tarn Hows, reflecting the brooding, forested fells beyond. Against this majestic, dark backdrop, the curving wooden boardwalk and its stout posts are brought to life by energetic, sweeping accents of burnt orange, warm ochre, and fiery russet, creating a vivid, almost tactile interplay of colour along the water's edge.

A captivating addition to a modern living room or a traditional Lakes holiday let, this piece brings true dramatic flair to any space. Offered in versatile 40cm, 70cm, and 90cm square sizes, it is available as a museum-quality Print or Canvas, or beautifully finished as a ready-to-hang framed piece in black, white, or natural wood.
