Rising above valley pastures, the broad saddleback summit of Blencathra forms an unmistakable skyline. In the foreground meadow, a circle of standing stones anchors the scene, separated from the looming fell by a dark line of trees.

The landscape is reimagined through the crisp aesthetic of layered papercut art. Six receding planes of cut paper stack to create striking depth, stepping from the dark stone silhouettes into the mist of the distant summit. Each edge casts a soft shadow, building a bold composition that commands attention from across a room.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Delivery and returns

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
