Blencathra commands the northern skyline, a broad saddleback summit rising above valley pastures. In the meadow foreground, ancient standing stones form a circle, leading the eye toward the fell across a dark, dividing line of trees.

This framed poster reimagines the landscape through the strict geometry of Constructivism. The design relies on severe shapes, dominated by a hard diagonal of solid red. The stones and mountain are reduced to sharp, contrasting facets of black and cream. From across a room, it reads as a bold, architectural statement of pure graphic agitation.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bold piece is perfectly suited to a modern study or hallway. A solid black frame enhances the deep shadows of the stones, grounding the intense palette. Designed as part of a wider series, it makes a brilliant standalone gift or an imposing addition to a collection of Lakeland peaks.

Sizes

30 × 40 cm — 12 × 16 in

45 × 60 cm — 18 × 24 in

50 × 70 cm — 20 × 28 in

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural wood.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
