To stand on the roof of England is to navigate a broad, boulder-strewn summit dome of grey rock beneath a wide sky. Walkers and fell-baggers climb Scafell Pike to survey the sheer crag walls and deep gulfs dropping away from the peak, watching ridges of lower fells layer into the distance.

The highest ground is reimagined here through the striking visual language of Constructivism. Shattered summit rocks become structural blocks of grey and cream, cut by hard, agitating diagonals of crimson red and pitch black. It is a poster built on high-contrast geometry and uncompromising graphic force, demanding attention instantly from across the room.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bold piece commands a modern stairwell or a quiet study. A black wood frame best anchors the intense energy of its dark planes. Part of a wider Lake District series, it can be collected and hung as a powerful set of three.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
