Aira Force drops through a steep rock gorge, its tall, narrow force plunging into a dark pool. A small stone footbridge spans the top of the ravine, while both banks are dense with ferns and trees, creating a dramatic enclosure that has drawn walkers for centuries.

This print reimagines the ravine through impossible geometry and meticulous ink hatching. From across a room, striking contrasts of shadow and white water draw the eye, before revealing architectural illusions carved into the rock. A clever tessellation rises from the pool, transforming fish into flying birds.

A commanding piece for a study or stairwell, this design rewards closer inspection. It arrives framed and ready to hang. A black frame perfectly complements the monochromatic lines, giving the artwork a sharp, graphic edge. Belonging to a wider series, it looks superb alone or collected as a set.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
