Blea Tarn offers one of the most striking scenes in the landscape. Standing among the rugged boulders at the water's edge, walkers look straight across the mirrored tarn to the craggy summits at the valley head, framed by a steep green fellside.

The view is captured here in the classic 1930s railway-poster tradition. Complex reflections and jagged peaks are reduced to bold shapes and flat blocks of opaque ink. Rich valley blues and verdant greens contrast with warm ochre highlights, creating a powerful graphic design easily read from across the room.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece beautifully anchors a hallway or study. A black wood frame provides crisp definition to the typography and deep mountain shadows, while a natural frame complements the earthy foreground rocks. Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
