Blea Tarn sits high in Great Langdale, a dramatic alpine-style basin known to walkers and fell-baggers. The tarn commands the foreground, leading the eye to the craggy summits of the Langdale Pikes at the valley head, flanked by a towering fellside to the right.

This design applies the strict reduction of mid-century Swiss modernism to Lakeland topography. Complex geology is distilled into bold geometric shapes of black, grey and white. A brilliant red sun provides a striking point of contrast over the water. From across a room, this stark minimalism delivers a powerful graphic punch.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
