Striding Edge is a thrilling high-level ridge walk, a narrow rocky arête challenging walkers to navigate its crest before rising to a sharp summit. The sheer scale reveals a bowl of dark water resting beneath the crags, with layered fells receding into the distance.

This mid-century Swiss reduction distils the topography into bold geometric shapes. A single red rule zigzags along the crest, mapping the famous path against sheer drops of heavy black and cool greys. From across a room, this stark contrast creates a striking graphic impact, stripping the fell back to its barest architectural form.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this clean design brings immediate focus to a modern hallway or a study wall. A black frame perfectly highlights the deep, ink-like shadows of the crags. Belonging to a wider typographic series, it is a brilliant standalone piece that also looks superb hung as a trio of summit conquests.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
