From a high rocky crag, the view over Ullswater is one of the classic Lakeland vistas. The water doglegs between overlapping fells, drawing the eye toward the distant mountain ranges, while a thickly wooded promontory reaches into the lake on the right.

The design reimagines this sweeping landscape through the precise style of layered papercut art. Six distinct planes of cut paper recede into the mist, shifting from the sharp geometry of foreground rocks to the soft blues of distant peaks. Each ridgeline casts a gentle shadow, creating a deep three-dimensional effect that reads beautifully across a room.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
