Ashness Bridge is a stone packhorse bridge spanning a rocky beck. It commands a defining view, drawing walkers to stand exactly here. From the rough parapet, the eye is pulled down the steep fellside to the broad lake far below, and up to the mountain massif rising beyond.

This travel poster treats the vista as a layered papercut. Six planes of flat colour recede into the mist, shifting from the deep teals of the foreground bridge to the pale blues of the distant peaks. From across a room, crisp edges and printed drop-shadows create a bold illusion of depth.

Perfect for bringing focus to a stairwell or sitting room, this piece arrives framed and ready to hang. A white frame beautifully highlights the pale sky, while natural wood suits the earthy foreground greens. It belongs to a wider series, allowing favourite places to be collected as a set.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
