Grasmere forms a small, perfectly round lake enclosed by the high shoulders of the surrounding fells. A single wooded island rests at its centre, framed by tall reed beds along the near shore—a landscape known by heart to anyone who has walked the water's edge.

The valley is reimagined here as a layered papercut. Six distinct planes of cool blue and mist-grey recede into the distance, with the cut silhouettes of trees and reeds casting soft shadows. From across a room, it reads as a striking topographical relief anchored by clean, modern typography.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece brings remarkable depth to a hallway or stairwell. A white wood frame beautifully highlights the design's lightest mist tones. It belongs to a wider series of travel posters, designed to be hung alone or collected as a matching set.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Delivery and returns

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
