From Chapel Stile the dale runs west
Past walls and fields and old stone farms,
Towards its head, where Bowfell's crest
And Crinkle Crags hold out their arms.

Along the north, the Pikes rise sheer;
The Old Dungeon Ghyll, low and grey,
Has warmed the climbers, year on year,
Who came in wet at end of day.

We climb the Band, and turn, and find
The whole dale laid beneath our feet,
Its drystone walls like threads, entwined,
And every field a patchwork sheet.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper — no gloss and no glare, so the words read cleanly from across a room.

Framed in a 20 mm wide solid wood moulding in black, white or natural wood, glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, with a backing board and hanging fixtures already fitted.

Unframed prints are the same paper and the same print, sent flat.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
