Haystacks is a knobbled summit of rocky knolls and small summit pools. Walkers pick their way to this celebrated fell to sit beside the high tarn lying in a hollow among the crags, looking out at the long mountain wall and snow-capped ridge rising across the valley beyond.

The railway-poster tradition reduces this complex terrain to striking shapes. Rendered in a palette of hard winter frost, the design contrasts slate-grey rock with brilliant white snow and ice-blue shadows. A single touch of cold pink catches the sun on the water, sitting above the bold, oversized type.

Ideal for a bright stairwell or above a study desk, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black solid wood frame sharply defines the snowy peaks, while the natural wood option brings warmth to the icy blues. Collect it alongside others in the series to build a Lakeland gallery.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
