Wastwater at Wasdale Head commands a legendary view. From the rocky shoreline, walkers look across deep water to the steep pyramid of Yewbarrow on the left, Great Gable centred at the valley head, and the Scafells to the right, all mirrored in the still lake.

This design reimagines the valley through the strict grid of the Bauhaus movement. The landscape is reduced to primary geometry: fells become intersecting triangles in stark red, yellow and blue, while the shore transforms into bold circles and blocks. This creates a symmetrical graphic that reads beautifully from across a room.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bold print brings modernist energy to a stairwell or sitting room. A black frame suits it perfectly, anchoring the heavy horizontal lines and typography. Part of a wider series, it makes a statement alone or grouped as a geometric set of three.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
