An iconic viewpoint, Ashness Bridge is a traditional stone packhorse bridge arching over a rocky beck. Walkers pause here to look down the steep fellside to the water below, taking in the vast massif rising beyond.

This design reimagines the classic view through the lens of Bauhaus geometry. Reduced to pure shapes on a strict grid, the bridge becomes a stark black block, while the fells are abstracted into bold red and yellow triangles. Deep blue circles construct the tumbling beck. From across a room, it reads as a striking modernist puzzle of primary colour.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this print brings a sharp graphic edge to a modern kitchen or study. A black frame perfectly defines the strict grid and grounds the vibrant palette. Designed as part of a wider series, it hangs beautifully alone or collected as a bold triptych.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
