Blencathra commands the skyline, a broad saddleback summit rising sharply above valley pastures. Walkers know this distinct fell and its sharp ridges well. In the meadow in the foreground, a circle of ancient standing stones anchors the landscape, while a dark line of trees stands between the field and the ascending mountain.

This design reimagines the fell through intricate ink hatching and impossible geometry. From across a room, a bold tessellation commands attention: fish and birds morph seamlessly from the water's mirrored surface, rising toward the mountain's stepped slopes. These precise, monochrome lines transform a classic landscape into a captivating visual puzzle.

An absorbing piece for a study or stairwell, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black solid wood frame perfectly echoes the heavy, dark ink lines of the drawing. Belonging to a wider travel poster series, it looks striking alone or gathered as a set of three.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
