Grasmere is a landmark for walkers descending the fells. This small, perfectly round lake is defined by a single wooded island at its centre and thick reed beds along the near shore, firmly enclosed by the steep shoulders of Helm Crag and Silver How.

This travel poster reimagines the landscape through the strict geometry of the Bauhaus movement. The water becomes a dominant blue circle, its island reduced to a sharp black triangle. Solid red and black blocks represent the surrounding fells. From across a room, it reads as a striking arrangement of primary colour and pure shape, grounded by clean typography.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
