Great Gable rises as a massive pyramid peak of grey crags. Walkers are drawn to its formidable presence, navigating wide fans of scree cascading down steep slopes. Far below, thin winding paths meet at the valley head, marking the long approach to this commanding Lakeland summit.

This design captures the fell in a crisp, layered papercut style. Six receding planes of cool blue and slate fade upward into a pale mist. Every cut edge casts a soft, subtle shadow, creating a striking sense of three-dimensional depth that immediately draws the eye from across a room.

Perfect for bringing altitude to a study or stairwell, this piece arrives framed and ready to hang. A black frame sharply defines the cool mountain tones, while white enhances its crisp modern edge. As part of a wider papercut series, it is easily collected and hung as a set of three.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
