Great Gable is a massive pyramid peak of grey crags that commands the valley head below. Walkers are drawn to its steep slopes, where wide fans of scree cascade down towards thin, winding paths that meet at the valley floor.

This design reimagines the fell through the Japanese woodblock tradition. From across a room, the mountain is reduced to bold geometry, outlined by a quiet key line. The rugged crags and sweeping scree are built in layered blocks of colour beneath a soft gradient sky that fades from pale blue to a gentle blush.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece anchors a stairwell or a study wall. A Black frame provides a sharp border echoing the dark pines, while Natural wood enhances the earthy mountain tones. It belongs to a wider series, ready to be collected and hung as a set of favourite routes.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
