Great Gable stands as a massive pyramid peak of grey crags. Wide fans of scree cascade down its steep slopes to the valley floor, where thin, winding paths meet at the valley head below. It is a formidable fell, remembered by anyone who has navigated its ascents.

This design captures the fell through mid-century Swiss Modernism. The landform is reduced to striking geometric shapes in cool greys and stark blacks, bisected by crisp white paths. A single red silhouette grounds the composition, delivering an immediate, bold impact from across any room.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece makes a powerful statement in a study or stairwell. A black wood frame perfectly echoes the deep shadows of the valley floor. Part of a wider collection, it looks exceptional hung alone or as a bold set of three.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
