Looking towards Wasdale Head, the dark surface of Wastwater mirrors a dramatic, uncompromising landscape. From the rocky shoreline, the stark pyramid of Yewbarrow commands the left, framing Great Gable perfectly in the centre, while the sheer slopes of the Scafells rise to the right.

This design reimagines the valley through the striking lens of early-century Constructivism. The classic view is fractured into hard diagonals and bold planes, built on a stark palette of black, deep red, and cream. From across a room, the mountains become sharp, agitated shapes delivering immense graphic punch.

A commanding piece for a modern study or a clean hallway, it arrives fully framed and ready to hang. A solid black wooden frame perfectly extends the heavy geometry of the design to the wall. Belonging to a wider Lakeland series, it makes a striking statement alone or hung as a bold trio.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Delivery and returns

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
