Ashness Bridge is a true Lakeland icon. The ancient packhorse bridge spans a rocky beck, framing a dramatic view where the fellside drops to the water far below, before rising to the distant massif. Walkers pause here to admire the landscape from a historic crossing.

This design reduces a classic vantage point to pure minimalism. The scene is rendered in one unbroken black line tracing the rough stones, woodland, and peaks. A single abstract block of muted sage green grounds the composition against a warm cream background, offering a contemporary take on travel art.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
