The broad saddleback summit of Blencathra rises above sweeping valley pastures, a distinctive profile drawing fell-baggers to its ridges. In the meadow below, ancient standing stones form a silent circle, separated from the lower slopes by a dark line of trees.

This Japanese woodblock treatment reimagines the landscape through layered colour and a soft gradient sky. From across a room, the eye catches the contrast between the pale green meadow and the deep heather-toned mountain. A quiet key line traces the rugged summit and foreground monoliths, bringing calm structure.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bold print anchors a hallway or study. A natural wood frame warms the earthy greens and purples, while a black frame echoes the dark tree line. Part of a wider travel poster series, it looks striking hung alone or grouped together.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
