Viewed from a wooded eastern shore, Coniston Water stretches away in a long, straight line towards the whaleback ridge of the Old Man of Coniston. It is a classic viewpoint, a place to pause by a small jetty and a moored boat before taking to the water or walking the high fells.

This Swiss Modernist treatment strips the landscape to its essential geometry. From across a room, it reads as a striking interplay of flat shapes: stark black pines silhouetted against the muted greys of the distant ridge. A single pop of red on the boat breaks the neutral palette, grounding the mid-century reduction with a sharp focal point.

A sharp, graphic statement for a hallway or stairwell, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black frame anchors the heavy silhouettes of the foreground trees perfectly. Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
