Derwentwater is a wide, calm lake studded with small, wooded islands. Looking across the water to the western fells, the landscape draws the eye toward the narrowing jaws of the distant valley. It offers walkers a perfect transition from gentle shores to high, rugged ground.

This Art Nouveau design reimagines the water and fells through elegant, sweeping lines and an ornamental border. From across a room, signature whiplash curves stand out in a botanical palette of sage green, soft rose, and muted gold, reducing complex woodlands into bold, stylized shapes.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece brings character to a hallway or sitting room wall. A natural wood frame perfectly complements the organic shapes and earthy sage tones of the artwork. Part of a wider series, this poster can be hung alone or collected to form a striking set.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
