Great Gable is a massive pyramid peak of grey crags. Walkers know this iconic summit well, defined by wide fans of scree cascading down steep slopes to the valley floor. Thin winding paths meet at the valley head below, drawing fell-baggers toward a formidable and rewarding ascent.

This poster reimagines the mountain through the bold lens of Cubism. The landscape is fractured into faceted planes, allowing the rugged peak to be seen from several angles at once. Earthy ochres and muted greys interlock to form a striking geometric puzzle that commands attention from right across a room, anchored by classic typography.

A brilliant focal point for a stairwell or study, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black frame sharply defines the complex angular lines, while natural wood complements the warmer scree tones. Part of a wider collection, it looks magnificent hung alone or grouped as a Lakeland set.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
