Great Gable commands the skyline as a massive pyramid peak of grey crags. Below its summit, steep slopes send wide fans of scree cascading down to the valley floor, where thin, winding paths meet before beginning the long ascent.

This design reimagines the fell through the strict geometry of the Bauhaus movement. Set on a rigid grid, the mountain is reduced to an imposing arrangement of grey and black triangles. The landscape translates into flat blocks of primary red, yellow and blue, anchored by stark circular forms. From across a room, it reads as a brilliant flash of modernist colour and shape.

Striking above a desk or dominating a bright hallway, this framed poster arrives ready to hang. A black frame sharply defines its structural grid and dark shadows, while a natural wood frame subtly softens the rigid lines. Designed as part of a wider Bauhaus series, it pairs perfectly with other peaks to build a bold, graphic collection.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
