Haystacks is a knobbled summit of rocky knolls and small pools. Walkers pick their way across this rugged fell to stand beside the tarn lying in its hollow, looking towards the long ridge rising across the valley.

This design channels vintage railway posters, reducing the summit to bold shapes and flat colour. Brilliant greens and deep ochres build the topography under a bright blue sky and stylized cloud. From across a room, the eye is drawn to the deep blue pools and crisp typography at the foot.

Striking above a sitting room fireplace or brightening a hallway, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A natural wood frame complements the earthy fellside, while black adds a sharp graphic edge. As part of a wider series, it works beautifully alone or grouped to build a personal Lakeland skyline.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
