Windermere curves away as a broad expanse between richly wooded shores. Small islands dot the mid-water, while a launch crosses the surface, drawing the eye towards the serrated ridge of the Langdale Pikes on the far horizon. It is a classic Lakeland scene, known to anyone who has stood on its banks or taken to the water.

This design captures the view using the vivid, saturated palette of classic railway posters. Brilliant blue skies and graphic clouds contrast with the flat, bright colours of the fellsides. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
