Stickle Tarn sits in a high bowl below the Langdale Pikes, a dark expanse against the sheer crag face of Pavey Ark. To the left, Harrison Stickle's peak cuts the skyline, while tough moor grass lines the rocky foreground of this classic fell-walker's ascent.

The scene is captured in the hard-edged aesthetic of vintage railway art, recast for a bitter winter frost. Bold blocks of slate and ice blue build the frozen crags, contrasting with the solid black tarn. A single flash of cold pink catches the high snow, framing the bold typography below.
