Walkers pause on the terrace path to look down over Rydal Water, a shallow lake framed by bare oak and birch. Across the water, a steep fell drops to the far shore, while a scar rises sharply above, forming a valley known by heart.

This design reimagines the landscape using the strict grid and primary geometry of the Bauhaus movement. The fells are reduced to bold blocks, sharp triangles, and circles of pure red, yellow, blue, and black. Fine grid lines anchor the scene into a modernist arrangement designed to read instantly from across a room.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
