Striding Edge is the ultimate Lakeland ridge walk, an exhilarating narrow rocky arête that demands a head for heights. The rugged path traces an exposed crest, dipping and rising towards a sharp summit high above the dark water of the tarn, with layered fells receding into the distance.

This poster reimagines the famous scramble using precise ink hatching and impossible geometry. From across a room, a surreal tessellation reveals fish in the ripples morphing seamlessly into birds over the crags, while the ridge itself becomes a striking, labyrinthine staircase carved into the starkly shaded mountainside.

A brilliant conversation piece for a study or stairwell, this graphic print arrives fully framed and ready to hang. A black frame perfectly anchors the intense monochrome line work, enhancing its dramatic contrast. Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
