Wastwater at Wasdale Head commands a dramatic, unmistakable view. A rocky shoreline gives way to deep water, reflecting a monumental skyline. The pyramid of Yewbarrow stands left, Great Gable anchors the valley head, and the imposing Scafells rise right.

This design reimagines the valley through precise ink hatching and impossible geometry. Meticulous monochrome linework builds the steep slopes, mirroring them in the lake. The reflection then breaks into a complex tessellation, transforming ripples into interlocking fish. From across a room, the bold contrasts read as a striking architectural puzzle.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
