Ashness Bridge is a classic stone packhorse bridge arching over a rocky beck. It marks one of the most celebrated viewpoints in the national park, leading the eye from the tumbling water, down the fellside to the vast lake below, and up to the distant mountain massif.

The view is treated in the bold tradition of vintage railway posters caught in a hard frost. The landscape is reduced to graphic shapes in cool shades of snow, slate, and ice blue, beneath a single strike of cold pink. From across a room, its sweeping lines create striking depth.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece makes a brilliant focal point in a hallway or stairwell. A black frame sharply defines the slate shadows, while white softens the icy palette. Part of a wider series, it looks magnificent alone or grouped to celebrate your favourite fell walks.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
