Great Gable is a massive pyramid peak of grey crags. Walkers are drawn to its steep slopes, where wide fans of scree cascade down to the valley floor. Below the summit, thin winding paths meet at the valley head, mapping the demanding routes to the top.

This design reimagines the fell through sharp ink hatching and impossible geometry. From across a room, the striking monochromatic palette draws the eye to a remarkable tessellation at the base: fish rising from the water to morph into dark birds, soaring toward the winding paths and architectural crags above.

Perfect for a study or stairwell, this intricate print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black wooden frame is the natural choice here, perfectly anchoring the deep ink lines of the illustration. Belonging to a wider series, it looks fantastic hung alone or collected as a set.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
