A classic Lakeland loop, Tarn Hows is a small, island-studded tarn ringed by dark conifers and turning larch. A well-trodden path curves along its shore, leading walkers through the woods until the high, blue fells rise dramatically beyond.

This poster reimagines the landscape through the sharp, faceted planes of early twentieth-century Cubism. The scenery is fractured into interlocking geometric shapes, with the fells seen from several angles at once in deep shades of slate, ochre, and olive green. Dark, jagged triangles form the distinctive pines, reflecting in the silver-grey water above a bold, vintage-style typographical baseline.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this striking piece commands attention above a sitting room fireplace or across a modern stairwell. A black frame sharpens the print's cubist geometry for a highly graphic feel, while natural wood draws out the warmer larch tones. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
